Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date. The part must be in the exact same condition as it was when shipped. Altered, disassembled, or overheated parts will not be accepted for return.
All non-warranty returns (e.g., ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or no longer need the item) are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all initial and return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at sales@allusedengines.com or call (786) 938-6606 to receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
Once the returned part is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
