We make every effort to display our inventory accurately. However, used engines will naturally show signs of wear. Mileage is estimated based on the odometer reading of the donor vehicle and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
All prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in auto parts. While we strive to ensure all quoted parts are in stock, inventory moves quickly. A quote does not guarantee the part will be reserved until payment is successfully processed.
All Used Engines shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our parts, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, lost time, towing fees, or labor charges.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
